No matter size, Yoga experience, or life situation, Yoga is for you.

About Class

We promise a cozy atmosphere and a balance of learning and flow during your class. Each class starts with a centering breath, follows with about 40 minutes of yoga postures and ends with about a 15 min Savasana/ relaxation.
What is Needed:

  • Bring a mat (Chairs Provided for Chair Yoga)
  • You may enjoy bringing water with you
  • Please allow 10 minutes before class to get signed in and settled
